Service Description

We provide third-party loan processing and underwriting services, acting as an intermediary between you and your borrowers. Our services include collecting and analyzing personal and financial information to assess loan eligibility and facilitate the loan application process.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information necessary for the processing of your borrower’s loan application. You acknowledge that the provision of false or misleading information may result in an incomplete or inaccurate loan application file.

Limitation of Liability

LendSafe LLC is not liable for any decisions you make based on the information provided through our services. We do not guarantee the approval of your borrower’s loan application or the terms of any loan offered.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in Michigan unless otherwise agreed upon. This clause does not preclude the right to seek injunctive relief in the case of intellectual property disputes.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services without prior notice or liability for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
